Fits a small wrist for my little sweetie petiteez out there. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith French Antique Period Hallmark!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is an antique one I purchased when I visited Perpignan over a year ago, the day I went to the jewelry exposition \/ display - (feel free to ask me about this, I have tons of information about them I can share but don't want to overwhelm the listing).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese special jewels are trademarked and made only in that area of Catalonia France. There have only ever been a small handful of makers in all the world at a time that were trained in the multi step process of creating these special pieces. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe colors this one possesses are crimson to a richer berry red hue, with a pink inner glow. Like a ripe, juicy berry! Slightly varying hues. The way these stones glow, with rich hues and yet they still manage to emit their own sparkle. So special!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNote that these can roll around on the wrist if the size allows it, which I also find fun because the gold domed back of the bezel settings are beautiful in themselves! Lovely to roll around in a wriststack!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFrench stamps for 18k on the insert of the clasp, it is the antique period hallmark used primarily in the 1800s and discontinued by the early 1900s. It also has an old goldsmith stamp.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures. Antique box is not included.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMEASUREMENTS:\u003cbr\u003e\nSeems to be about 6 inches, I can't open it to stretch it end to end so that's just me awkwardly trying to wrap a tape measure around it : ). I think it fits a bit more snugly than that with the chunky bezels. I have a 5.5 inch wrist and it's me perfectly with very little room to spare. If you're anywhere close to that, it would be possible to add a few gold loops to the back by the clasp to squeak out a bit more length.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach stone is about 9.5mm by 6.5 deep give or take, with the domed backs. These have a nicely domed top as well compared to many of the shallower cut ones I've seen.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt weighs 12.1 grams.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSome patina but with a nice sheen and polish overall and a beautiful color and glow. Wonderful to see on garnets of this age. No chips or cracks, just a nibble or nick here or there to the domed stones but overall beautiful. A few shallow impressions to the domed backs that appear more like a bit of a ripple here or there due to the high shine finish and one with a deeper linear ding not seen while wearing when the stones are face up but see listing photo to seek that out.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThanks so much for looking at my items!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and \/ or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )\u003cbr\u003e\nBut - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition.
