Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMEASUREMENTS:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSize 4 1\/2 - see notes below\u003cbr\u003e\nWeight 2.3 grams\u003cbr\u003e\nRing face is 11.8mm north south and 4.4mm tall off the finger.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe sapphires are each about 5.5x3.7mm elongated.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:\u003cbr\u003e\nOne of the sapphires moves a bit but the diamond bezels are still holding it to keep it from coming free. Age expected wear to keep an eye on over time. The diamonds are quite warm to gray to cognac in color from age to the closed back settings but they add a lovely glint of sparkle and are small. Some natural rutile silk inclusions to the sapphires seen under magnification which actually increase their light reflectivity for a gorgeous true blue color. A few nibbles and nicks but overall a nice sheen and polish to the sapphires. Dark patina in the recesses of the buttercup setting.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe shank is split in the back where it was sized and then weakened over time coming apart. Since the ring is a small size, I decided to sell it as is since it may be getting re-sized by your local jeweler anyway so it didn't seem worth it to repair the back only to have it potentially cut again for a resizing later. It is actually wearable and stable as is and not really felt while wearing, although you can feel the cut when you run your hand across it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and \/ or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )\u003cbr\u003e\nBut - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition.
