ABOUT:
I typically go for older diamond pieces with old cut stones, but this one reminded me of confetti, a little festive party on the finger so I thought it would be a fun one to bring to the shop.
I'm not sure of age, pre-owned to vintage piece containing five baguette diamonds and six little single cuts. It is a fun one to layer, with really any color ringstack adding a unique geometry and texture. It is also quite eye catching to wear alone as well with the sparkly shapes. I enjoy mixing metals so I like to wear it with a yellow gold band. So fun! The baguette diamonds, being part of the step cut method of cutting, creates that hall of mirrors effect.
It is stamped 14k on one side and W JBR for the maker on the other.
Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos, especially with the zoomed images that I am required to present for detail.
MEASUREMENTS:
The ring is about a size 8.
Each baguette cut is about 3.3x2mm, about .1 carat each totaling about .62 carat total with the little roundies.
The piece weighs 3.8 grams.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
No damage or eye visible issues. The baguettes are super clear.
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come.
But of course as it is preowned I always leave a disclaimer - Due to age, this is not a mint condition / brand new item. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
