Timeless!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor some reason, the photos are really accenting the surface wear due to the shiny mirrored finish of the face of the bracelet, which reflects its surroundings and allows the scratches to catch the light. In real life it is actually not as glaring and is ready to wear, although it could always be polished by your local jeweler if desired too. It does have a nice patina though which we love to find.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFlexible to be made larger or smaller (although I always try to size it just once and not crank on them too much to avoid cracking the gold). The key is to turn it sideways to put it on the skinny part of the wrist and then spin it. Very stackable. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFound in Paris, France. It has their hallmarks on each end for 18k gold.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAntique props not included. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSIZE \u0026amp; MEASUREMENTS:\u003cbr\u003e\nWeight is a very sturdy 16.85 grams of solid gold. Most of my French bracelets have some hollow parts but this one is a chunk of 18k. It's about 57 by 42mm measuring the opening as it is set right now. It is about 6 1\/4 inches wrapping a tape measure around the inside. I have a 5.5 inch wrist and it stays on me although if I were keeping it I'd probably squeeze it a little tighter so it doesn't spin. It could also flex open to be worn on a larger wrist.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:\u003cbr\u003e\nThere is a slight difference in patina at one shoulder. It may have been done in the fabrication when the piece was built or is perhaps a repair but it is super smooth with just a slightly more yellow hue in the one spot compared to the rest of the piece that has a warmer hue from age and patina. Some surface wear, scuffs and a few dings but overall well formed and nicely shaped. It's very reflective so the surface wear is amplified in the photos and the piece reflects its surroundings including trees outside the window, etc.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and \/ or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )\u003cbr\u003e\nBut - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition.
