XL Lucky WISHBONE Figural Antique Victorian Good Luck Charm 15k Gold Ruby Sapphire Old Mine Cut Diamond Colorful Amulet

A large and colorful Antique Good Luck Charm! This Figural wishbone pendant is set with 6 stones giving a nice pop of color and sparkle. It is shaped like a wishbone and set with sapphires, a ruby, a garnet, an old mine cut diamond and a single cut diamond.

Found in the UK with old 15CT stamp for 15k Gold. The two added loops are in 18k gold.

Any props, chains, etc. not included. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos.

MEASUREMENTS:
43mm / 1.7 inch to the top of the attached loop (not including the dangling jump rings) by 32mm/ 1.25 inch wide. It weighs just 4.25 gram.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

The prongs are quite worn on the garnet and ruby and some additional worn on the sapphire so we wouldn't want this one jangling around too aggressively in a neckstack without reinforcing it first. None of the stones move so they are pinched in there well and there are many prongs, but something to keep en eye on over time. Most of my buyers prefer original condition and occasional wear but for more regular wear, a smaller number of prongs could be reinforced vs. doing all of them to make it "like new". The single cut diamond is likely a replacement as it is not as old a stone as the other diamond. But for the ruby and garnet, they are matching to the eye in ambient light (until viewed in bright light) and don't appear to have been replaced so it could be a case where the jeweler used what they had available to them for the eye match, long before gem testers and the like gained popularity. The color difference shows up more in pictures than as I am looking at it now in normal light.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
