Refund policy

I do not accept remorse returns as I spend a lot of time making sure the pictures and listing description are detailed and clear. I try to highlight any issues to the point of over emphasizing them so I think you will find my items as described (as evidenced by my 5-star reviews which currently number over 1,000). However if there is an unexpected problem with the item please feel free to contact me. : )

Sale or marked down / reduced items are always Final Sale.

I am a one woman show managing all aspects of the business.  Due to the risk, lost time and cost of shipping items back and forth, I am also not able to accommodate returns for the buyer looking to just try pieces on and send them back, so please double check the measurements in the listing for scale. (Some of my buyers measure it out and create a paper template to hold against their person for scale. : )
