ANTIQUE Spring Ring French 1.2g 18k Gold Solid 11.5mm Clasp Clip Pendant Holder Connector Findings

These are just nice to have on hand when building your neckmess / neck stack. There are plenty of reproductions of these made but this is an actual French antique piece. This one comes with an additional added jump ring.

Nice and sturdy spring ring in 18k solid gold. This one has a bit more patina and darker areas around the springed part of the clasp and the knob and loops. This was probably originally on a watch chain, but I like to keep one of these on a split ring that I can run on any of my chains and then use it to rotate pendants quickly and easily. I mix it in with my slides or it is a fun accent to a chain.

Antique box and additional slides, pendants, chains, etc. not included. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos where I am required to show zoomed in photos for detail. That is one reason I include a group shot to hopefully help show scale : ).

Hallmarked on the loop but it is difficult to decipher.

MEASUREMENTS:
15.5mm end to end including the attached loop, by 11.5mm diameter not including the little ball rivet latch you use to open it. Weight is 1.2g. The piece is solid 18k gold except for the spring which is steel.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Some dark patina from age and surface wear from use.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
