ABOUT:
A beautiful antique eternity cigar band in 14k bi-colored gold. Pipe cut form with a flat face, the ring has three cartouches separating the floral details. The rose gold ring has green gold stems and leaves for a wonderful color contrast. This ring has a nice sturdy footprint on the hand so it is substantial enough to wear alone, but is also a great stacker, adding a nice coloring and beautiful floral design to a ring stack. The blank cartouche could also be personalized / engraved by your local jeweler with initials, a name or date as well.
HALLMARKS:
Stamped 14k inside.
In really excellent condition with no dings or dents. Just some surface wear and a little wear to the patterns from age. Two of the cartouches have faint linear engravings, they are not personalizations or initials but appear more like a delicate design accent that has slightly softened with time and loving wear.
Antique box is not included. Listing is for the one ring with the others in the stack shown for color comparison and scale.
MEASUREMENTS:
Size 6 ¾ slightly under. It weighs a sturdy 6.3 grams. The band is 6mm wide north to south and has a nice depth / thickness to it as well so it has a nice hand feel and does not flex or bend like some of the thinner antique bands out there.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable.
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
