ABOUT:
Timeless Edwardian era antique diamond dangle earrings crafted in 18k gold. Each earring is set with 6 bezel set old mine cut diamonds in a line, with each bezel connected by loop to the next one, allowing each to move independently to dangle and catch the light.

A great geometric look with the line of circles - perfect to dress up or down.

No gold hallmarks that I could find but tested. The push backs are the "Alpa" design, hallmarked as such.

Antique box / props not included. Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures.

MEASUREMENTS:

From the top to bottom of each earring is 17mm for dangle length. The pair weighs 3.1 grams combined.

The largest diamonds at the top are about 2.3mm. The others are about 1.8mm each for a combined diamond weight of a little over 0.4 carats.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

All my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. There seem to be in better than most condition with no loose stones and the bezels are in good shape. None of the diamonds are damaged. Some faint natural inclusions but each diamond is small so there is nothing eye visible and no dark carbon or glaring spots. Some of it is buildup behind the stones as it is hard to reach into the tiny bezels to clean the backs of the stones but I did give them a gentle cleaning.

The push backs are the Alpa style with the push buttons to secure them at the end of the earring post. They are spring loaded with little “buttons” on each side so you squeeze the push back to run it down the post. They can be pushed in all the way to the back of the earring, but I noticed they do slide some. However – they are in No danger of falling off because with the push buttons, they latch onto a little catch at the end of the ear post, meaning the push backs cannot be removed completely unless you manually press those little buttons on each side.

But of course Due to age, please note this is not a mint condition item.
