ABOUT:
Sparkly antique triple buttercup rose cut diamond three stone ring. Buttery 18k gold, versatile and easy to wear in a stack.
Swedish hallmarks for 18k gold.
Antique box is not included.
The largest center diamond has three shallow chips with flakes of loss around the outside edge facets. The stone still appears compete and round to the eye but they can catch the light and if you study the surface up close in a reflection you can see the frosty unpolished area on the surface where the flakes of loss occurred. One of the smaller end diamonds has chips with loss to one edge but it is hidden somewhat by the prong in the center of the area with loss. Wear to a prong here or there but all the stones are secure.
MEASUREMENTS:
Size 7. Ring face is 6.3mm north to south. The center diamond is about 4.5mm and the other two are 3mm each. It weighs 3.95grams.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
