Antique .8 Carat Old Mine Cut DIAMOND Five Stone 14k White Gold Ring Art Deco Band Solitaire w/ Accents Engagement Stacker

Timeless antique design that is easy to wear. This one has a center hand chiseled old mine cut diamond raised in a bezel with additional little old mine cuts on each side. Five stones in all totaling 0.8 carat total weight, but this one can read as an engagement or solitaire ring with accents, as well as making an excellent stacker. The bezel setting makes it a lower profile so it doesn't catch on things compared to taller solitaires. A classic look that layers well with bands.

Found in France and has their 14k symbol hallmark, but it was imported to France as it has a 14k stamp and makers mark inside, of which I am unsure of origin.

Antique box is not included. Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures.

MEASUREMENTS:
Size: 5 1/4, a little over.
Weight: 2.15g
The center stone is about 5.5 by 5mm and about .65 carat. The smaller four are about 2mm each for a total carat weight of around .8 carat. This is an estimation as I would never remove them from the setting for exact.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

We know that GIA doesn't assign cut grades to antique stones that were hand cut long before the Four C's was invented for machine cut diamonds. This is an example of a unique one, because the diamond is cut slightly asymmetrical and the culet is off center. An interesting hand chiseled stone, certainly love seeing the eccentricities that antique diamonds, each one of a kind, can give us.

Some build up around the smaller stones. Typical for antique stones, they have some faint natural inclusions, including to the center stone around the culet. Slightly eye visible, but nothing dark or glaring. The diamonds aren't perfect on this one but I love the design and style.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
