I am selling an assortment of vintage to antique jewelry and rings which I have hunted for and gathered from around the world, including several stackable bands.
ABOUT:
A beautiful, versatile and unique skinny band. This one has such an interesting look with long baguette diamonds alternating with pairs of old single cut diamonds. It is crafted in platinum and the ring face has a sort of beveled appearance for a nice geometry with the baguette diamonds channel set into the platinum.
The jeweler I purchased this from on the East Coast said it is about 1 carat total weight in diamonds. It has a dainty and minimalist appearance and layers well with other pieces.
An antique piece from the Art Deco period. I paid pretty handsomely for it cuz it's a unique one and they are hard to find, especially the actual antique ones.
Antique box not included. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos, especially with the zoomed images that I am required to present for detail.
SIZE & MEASUREMENTS:
Size 6.75, Weighs 2.9 grams.
2.2mm north south and 2 to 2.2mm deep.
The baguettes are about 5.7x1.7mm
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Some frosty specks here and there especially to the single cuts which can reflect their frosted girdles. Usually we see antique eternity bands with chipped stones from coming into contact with surfaces but this one has no damage. Some wear to the little bead prongs holding the single cuts so I always recommend gentler wear on my antique pieces with multiple small stones.
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
