Antique FLORAL Purple AMETHYST 9k Gold Victorian Pendant on Chain Seed Pearl Leaves Art Nouveau Swirl Ornate Necklace

This is a personal collection release - I purchased this necklace for my mom about 10 years ago. I had purchased it on Etsy from another small business and my mom has had in since. But as we travel together and continue in our businesses she tells me she has enough to wear and is ready to let this one go. She also has a jewelry business selling gold fill, fobs, watch chains etc. on EBay - "Linda's Treasures of the Past" is her shop name. : )

Such an ornate and pretty little 9k gold pendant, comes as shown on 9k gold chain. The pendant is circular with a swirling leaf / floral detail set with little seed pearls along with a bezel set amethyst for a lovely spot of color.

Antique piece from the Victorian to Art Nouveau period. I love the ornate swirl and how it is 3D to have the leaf and flower part rise out from the circular base of the pendant. The chain may be later, it is stamped 9k. The pendant is stamped 9CT on the back, for 9k gold, making it likely UK in origin.

Antique boxes / items in displays and group shots in photos are not included, listing is for the one piece. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos.

MEASUREMENTS:
It weighs 5.3g. Stretched end to end it's 17 1/2 inches. The pendant is about 26mm wide.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

The attached loop and jump ring are discolored and appear to be brass so those components were gold plated or gold filled and have worn, compared to the pendant and chain which are 9k gold. Varying patina to the pendant but it is in otherwise good condition with no cracked pearls or chips.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
