Antique .7 Carat Old Mine Cut Angled Bypass Three Stone Ring Rose Accents French 18k Gold Stacker Band OMC Belle Epoque

Beautiful movement to this ornate Belle Epoque three stone old mine cut ring with rose cut accents. The bypass shank swirls above and below the three old mine cuts which are set at an angle. The old mine cuts total about X carat in antique diamonds. Each bypass shoulder is set with little rose cuts for additional glitter.

I love this one in a ring stack. While curved with the bypass setting, it still presents a relatively straight north / south edge so I love it layered with a gold band. It could even be a pretty engagement or anniversary ring with the three stones, sometimes said to represent past, present and future.

MEASUREMENTS:
Size 5 1/2

The ring face is 7.7mm north south.
The ring weight is 2.65 grams.
The center diamond is about 3.9mm and the flanking stones are abut 3.6mm. I would not remove them for exact weight but estimates to around .7 carat total.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

For the old mine cuts, two are eye clean and one has some slightly eye visible frosty speck inclusions but no dark carbon. They all face up quite bright and clear. Typical antique rose cuts, free form rough cut little stones just meant to add a glint of sparkle. Some frostiness and uneven edges, they tend to always look this way.

A worn prong here or there, two are worn back completely but the three stones are still well surrounded by the remaining prongs which have plenty of length.

Please also note that I take some photos / videos in the sunshine because it captures the lovely color and sparkle, but it also highlights any surface wear, scratches, abrasions, buildup or inclusions that can catch the light, making these things appear worse than they would with normal day to day wear. : ) Hopefully the pics in all lightning conditions help as they serve as part of the description.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : ) There are no dark spots to the gold, it was just difficult to photograph because it is so shiny and mirrored that it reflects its surroundings including the green trees out the window.
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
