ABOUT:

My lovely lovelies always love these!
Stackable antique five stone diamond band.
This one has five old mine cut diamonds in a pronged setting with larger center stone that tapers towards the outside stones. Beautiful to layer and stack.

Found in England with old 18CT stamp for 18k gold.

Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures.
Antique box not included.

SIZE & MEASUREMENTS:
Size: 5
The ring face is 4.8mm north south. It stands 5.2mm tall off the finger and from diamond to diamond is 15.8mm. I don't remove my antique stones from their settings but probably a little under 3/4 (0.750 carat?
It weighs 2.5g.

The center diamond is about 4.7mm, the next pair are 3mm and the end stones are about 2.3mm.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

Typical antique diamonds with some natural inclusions. The center diamond has some wisps, one slightly warm in color but it is a small stone so not glaring. The other stones are cleaner. Slightly varying degrees of warmth also typical for antique diamonds but again they are on the smaller side so they just add a nice glint of sparkle to this skinny stacker. A little build up, I gave it a light cleaning but could use a little more gentle soak and scrub.

The prongs look good so it is ready for wear. No major chips or cracks or damage to any of the stones, perhaps a tiny nibble here or there.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )

I enjoy making my customers happy and matching unique pieces with new homes. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions! It means a lot to me that you are visiting my shop! : )
