ABOUT:

Current antique jewelry trends: daisy cluster, diamond gypsy, stackable diamond bands.  I can't seem to get enough of these.

One of my most popular styles - the wonderfully stackable five stone band.  This one stacks well with the others I just listed but this one rotates natural blue sapphires in with the three old mine cut diamonds.  Dainty piece with color and sparkle for a minimalist statement alone.  Layers well with other pieces too!  

Found in Sweden, it is stamped with the numerical hallmarking system used in Europe, in this case 585 for 14k gold. 
Adding to its desirability are the secure prongs and demi bezels in the setting, which are in great shape holding each diamond securely.  We often see worn prongs on pieces of this age but this one is ready for daily wear.

Antique box not included. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos.

SIZE & MEASUREMENTS:

It is a size 6 1/4, a little over. It weighs 1.6 grams.  The stones are each 2.5 to 3.2mm.

The ring face splays 15mm east west on the finger and it stands 4mm tall off the finger. 

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

All my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition.   Edge of the shank is a bit blunt.  Typical antique diamonds in that they have some natural inclusions but nothing glaring.  They also have slight warmth to some with some slight variances from stone to stone.  No dark carbon spots.  The sapphires vary slightly in color, one a bit more green and that one has a few nibbles.  All the stones are secure so this one can shine with regular wear which is harder to find on pieces of this age. 

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition.  They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks.  These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces.  I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : ) 
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition.  Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
