ABOUT:
These popular curb chain rings are always sought after, making interesting stackers and adding the fabulous, flexible chain texture to the finger. The glowing and flexible curb links extend all the way around the back of the ring.
This one is larger in size and could even be a unisex ring. I purchased two of these vintage rings from the same place. The smaller one has a paler yellow color where this larger sized one has a warmer hue to the gold. Both are 18k but just a difference in the allows used and how the patina has aged over time.
Stacks perfectly adding such a unique accent to a ringstack.
Found in France with their hallmark for 18k gold, it is partially struck and tough to make out but I've seen it so many times.
Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures. Antique box is not included.
MEASUREMENTS:
Size 6 3/4, a little over on the mandrel but seems to fit a bit more snugly than that, the way the chain links comfortably hold the finger.
The curb chain is 3.3mm north south and 1.8mm deep.
Weight: 2.65g.

These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
