I always carry a big assortment of antique jewelry.  These items have been hand picked, one treasure at a time from all around Europe and the USA as I try to curate a collection of unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.

ABOUT:

My best selling antique ring styles as of late are daisy clusters, gypsy rings and stackable diamond bands, I always say I can't seem to get enough of them and this one combined two styles - the five stone stackable diamond band and the gypsy setting.

I love the geometry on this one, with the five old mine cuts of graduating sizes inlaid into a marquise shaped cutout to the ring face of the band.  It's a nice and sturdy, glowing gold band, but with the added sparkle of the old cut diamonds.  Layers well with other pieces!

Glowing wider band with the glint of sparkle from the line of old cut diamonds.

Full hallmarks for UK, Birmingham, 18k Gold, date stamp 1894.

Antique box not included.  Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos.

MEASUREMENTS:

The center diamond is about 2.6mm and the flanking diamonds are 2.4mm and then 2mm on each end.  I would not remove them from the antique setting for an exact measurement but sold to me at  .25 carat total weight which aligns with my estimates.

Size 6 1/2, the ring face is 5.2mm north to south.  It weighs 3.5 grams.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

Typical antique diamonds with some natural inclusions.  Nothing dark or glaring but some frosty spots typical for the period, especially with smaller stones.  The good thing being their size makes it harder to detect the natural variances.  The center diamond has a chip showing a frosty unpolished area to one of the top outside facets.  It is just slightly out of round but the frosty area of loss is seen when you study the surface.  You can seek it out but the stones appear mostly complete while wearing.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition.  They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks.  These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces.  I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )

But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition.  Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )

Thanks so much for looking at my items!
