ABOUT:
A super cool geometric vintage 14k gold & diamond ring with a beveled face holding 34 channel set, crystal clear and bright white princess cut diamonds. Really fun to wear and stack, this one lines up one carat of sparkling diamonds, perfectly set in two rows into the ring face, with the diamonds slightly inset from the beveled gold work.
The multitude of small stones really catch the light and emit the sparkles, and the gold work also glimmers and shines.
With the straight, linear ring face, it layers well with other pieces or makes an awesome geometric piece to wear alone.
Found in the UK with stamp inside for 14k and a maker's mark.
Antique box not included. Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures.
MEASUREMENTS:
Currently measures size 6 3/4. The ring face is 4.7mm north to south. It stands 4mm tall off the finger. It weighs 4.6 grams.
The diamonds are about 1.7mm each. I would not remove them for exact measurements but estimates to over a carat total weight in diamonds with all 34 of them.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
In better than most condition. The diamonds are eye clean. No damage, no chips, no nibbles, no inclusions even under magnification. A sturdy setting that sparkles and glows. Surface wear as expected for a preowned piece but that is about the only thing to report, even though my condition reports are notoriously picky and detailed. A unique one!
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
