Georgian ANTIQUE Old Cut Precious Golden Topaz Pendant Bracelet Charm 18k 14k Gold Victorian Minimalist Peach Pink Dusty Rose Collet Set

One sold, one remains - the one remaining is the darker more dusty rose pink one (the lighter peach one has sold).

This old cut topaz pendant came from a larger French regional topaz piece from the Georgian era that was broken / missing several stones and having many vacant collets. But I don't scrap antiques if they can be salvaged in any way so I had my jeweler separate the collet settings to turn these into charms. Please note the measurements!

200 years old and no damage to the old cut stones, their sheen and polish are perfect and the coloring is lovely.

I had recently sold three of these and kept these two for myself as they were my favorite colored ones of the bunch. They look like Imperial Topaz and I love the hues. Since the last ones were popular and some buyers expressed disappointment in missing them, I decided to offer mine up.

I have two and they are each sold separately, I will let the buyer choose their preference of piece based on the time of order. I love finding topaz from the Georgian period. All natural, all in their original collet settings and all the stones are old cut.

One has more of a darker dusty rose pink hue, the other is a more peachy hue with some pink to the backing. I think the foil was originally tinted 200 years ago and this is the variation we see from age to the foil back.

They have a slightly domed back so they are also lovely as a bracelet chain being able to roll and catch the light, as well as an accent to a neckmess or a minimalist piece worn alone. You could also purchase the pair and attach them to ear wires for a one of a kind pair of earrings.

I purchased the broken pendant when I was in France, in order to save the usable parts from melt.

These French antique pieces are always in 18k gold but no hallmarks remain. The jump rings are in 14k gold for a better patina match to the antique gold.

Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures. Some of my buyers "draw out" an example to get an idea of scale in person.

Antique Boxes, props, hooks, chains, mice : ) not included. I just laid it over my staging chain to show examples of how to wear.

MEASUREMENTS:
The pinker one is 10.9x5.6mm not including the dangling jump ring.
The more peachy one is 10x7.3mm.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Some age to the foil back with some cloudy spots visible due to the lighter hue of the stone and uneven coloring from age to the foil back but the result is quite beautiful. Some darker spots when looking within the stone. Both stones in excellent condition with no chips or really any abrasions at all. Some dings to the domed backs. Beautiful color, sought after Georgian cut down collet fabrication and a great antique look.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
