ABOUT:
A heart signet! A French vintage piece in two tone 18k gold with bright cut engraving allowing the gold to shimmer and shine.
Closed back but with vacant space in the ring face, this one is in good condition for a fun figural accent in a ringstack.
Found in France with their hallmark for 18k gold.
Antique box is not included. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos.
MEASUREMENTS:
Ring is currently about a size 6 3/4. Ring face is 9mm north south. It stands 3.5mm tall off the finger. Weighs 3.3g.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Very legible with a lovely patina and coloring. It does have some wear to wear the shank is quite thin and blunt. I don't find it uncomfortable to wear but something to consider if it is worn tightly on the finger that the blunt edge may be felt.
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
