HEAVY 11.7g 22k Gold Solid VINTAGE Comfort Fit Diamond Eternity Band Ring Textured Wedding Band Chunky

Unique and extra sturdy antique eternity band ring in 22k solid gold set with 7 little brilliant cut diamonds evenly spaced all the way around. This one is unique because they textured the gold to give it a crinkly finish both inside and out. It's really cool, and fun to stack with a polished / shiny band for the difference in texture.

But my favorite thing about it is the comfort fit. I love the way fit feels to slide a comfort fit band on the finger. The inside edges are softened rather than blunt so that it glides so smoothly on, showcasing the thick buttery gold. Amazing hand feel. The piece just glows.

It has a French second hand hallmark that they use on 18k gold because they don't have a 22k symbol stamp in France for re-stamping. But it is apparent from the color and glow which made me suspect it was higher carat and sure enough it tested at 22k. The melt value (which I would never!!!! do) on this one is quite high alone!

SIZE & MEASUREMENTS:

Size: 6 1/4. It is 5.5mm north to south on the finger and 2.7mm thick.
The piece weighs a sturdy 11.7g. The diamonds are 2.5mm each give or take.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

There are no dark spots to the gold, or green or red glows, etc., it was just difficult to photograph because it reflects its surroundings. It is pure, buttery, glowing 22k yellow gold.

The textured finish is a bit more worn on the outside and more apparent on the inside but it has a lovely glow and an interesting texture. No chips to the diamonds which is nice as eternity bands often have chips from coming into contact with surfaces inside the palm of the hand.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
