I am selling an assortment of vintage to antique jewelry and rings which I have hunted for and gathered from around the world. Some examples seen in the last photo - thanks for stopping by!

ABOUT:
An impressive, impactful, heavy and sparkly mirror ball old mine cut diamond three stone ring. This one could be considered unisex in size, scale and style. And with the flat north and south edges it also looks awesome in a mega stack too.

To be honest, it's tough to do it justice in the photos because the 14k gold is so shiny and mirrored that it just reflects everything around it, the green of the trees, the lens of the camera etc. And wow does it feel wonderful on the hand! Sleek and chunky with the lofty crowns of the almost 2 1/2 carats of old mine cut diamonds cropping out of the ring face.

All three diamonds have the wonderful Kozibe effect we love to find on antique stones, and two of the three including the largest one carat center stone are eye clean.

I found this ring in Spain. It has no hallmarks which I found was quite common on pieces in Spain but tests at 14k gold. The gold has a lovely pale yellow hue and a beautiful high shine. Very Sturdy shank.

Antique Box IS Included! These old boxes are collectible and hold value. The box is not original to the piece, but I am including it as a gift because it's always fun to store our goodies in collectible housing : )
Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures.

MEASUREMENTS:

Size 8

Weighs 10.1 grams. The ring face is 9mm north south and it remains wide all the way around, tapering slightly to 7mm at the back.

The center diamond is 6.1mm and about one carat alone with its chunky cut. The side diamonds are 5.5mm each, about .72 and .74 carat each. These measurements are just measuring the exposed portions, they widen out a further unknown amount in the flush mountings and the thickness of the girdle is not visible. Total carat weight is almost 2 1/2 carats. We'll say 2.4 carats conservatively as I prefer to over deliver : )

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

Very sturdy setting. A bit of wear to the bezels, you can see a bit of unevenness when you study the edges which is expected for age. If they were perfect, we'd have suspicions about it being newly made. The diamonds can shift the slightest pit but do not click or rattle or move while wearing, it's only when I study it under magnification that I can see this.
The center diamond is eye clean as is one of the side stones, with only the smallest pinpoint or speck inclusions seen under magnification. The other side stone has a smattering of crystal and carbon speck inclusions which affect less than 1/4 of the stone but has the tendency to reflect around within it. There are also indented natural inclusions near the culet on two of the pavilion facet edges that also reflect around. These things are eye visible in that it can reflect frost throughout the stone but it is not glaring because of the stone's sparkle and the fact that none of the inclusions are large inky spots.
For color, they actually read a bit warmer than they are in reality, because they tend to reflect and show out some of the yellow gold setting that they are encased in. Beautiful and lively stones, bright and not dingy. A great quality piece especially considering two of the stones are better than most when it comes to clarity for antique diamonds cut in a much more limited supply, while the third stone with some quirks is more typical for the period.

One of my most popular in the previews, it's a real crowd pleaser! Next day shipping with signature and insurance at my cost.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )

All items hand picked by me, one at a time from all over the world. All listings individually written by me, and not AI, after studying each piece to discuss its beauties and its ; ) eccentricities (which I am picky to point out).

Many of my listings include group shots – I find the comparisons between pieces help show scale, diamond hues, etc. All items in group shots are inventory, but refer to the website to see what items have sold out and to watch for new listings from the grouping to appear on the home page.
