ABOUT:
This was sold to me as gold but upon studying it further, I believe it is gold filled so I am selling it for less than I paid. Whoopsie! Ah well, it happens sometimes - they can't all be home runs : ) and we all make mistakes. When I first started selling jewelry, I sold only gold fill (it took me awhile to make the step up to solid gold, years in fact!) and these slides on a chain were always popular. The slide is gorgeous so I added a nice quality, shimmering gold filled chain to go with the slide so it is ready to wear. I actually have several pieces of antique gold fill in my personal collection, like this one, it often appears the same as solid gold and the difference is only discernible by studying it under magnification. This antique piece has lovely coloring and layers well with other pieces or can be worn alone for a more minimalist statement.
Listing is for the one item in the cover photo, while the group shot helps to show scale and shows some of the other pieces I have available.
Antique props, etc. not included but the chain is included. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it is difficult to show scale in the photos with the zoom that is required for detail.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Some cork remnants remain inside the slide. It tips forward a bit while handling but seems to stay face up when resting against the decollette.
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
