OPAL Blue Antique Oval Solitaire Ring 10k Rosy Gold Glowing Victorian A+ Color Swirls

ABOUT:
Classic antique opal solitaire ring ready for regular wear. Pretty swirled shoulder designs lead up to the oval opal which has the most wonderful glowing blue color. Beautiful color in a ring stack with the added ornateness of the setting. And excellent to find the prongs in such great condition. I love finding antique opals with blue coloring like this.

No hallmarks remain, sold to me as 10k and tested to confirm. Rosy and warm antique patina.

Antique box / props, mice ; ) etc. not included. Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures.

SIZE & MEASUREMENTS:

Currently a size 5 3/4 but a candidate for sizing. The opal is 6.5x4.5mm. It weighs 1.9 grams.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
The opal isn't as glossy as it once was, as it has some surface wear, but still a beautiful glow and color. Evidence of a sizing to the back not seen while wearing. Prongs in good shape.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
