ABOUT:
A pre owned to vintage dainty chain bracelet with sections of links alternating with little cube details. Also as a super fun detail, the clasp is set with a cabochon sapphire for a little hint of blue glow.
Longer in length and slightly adjustable.
I found it in Paris but I don't know if it was made in France. It has a 750 hallmark, the numerical stamp used in Europe for 18k gold, and a maker's stamp.
Additional chains & items shown in photos not included. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos.
MEASUREMENTS:
It weighs 4g of solid 18k gold. Stretched end to end it's 8 1/4 inches. There is a second loop to shorten it slightly to around 8 inches. The sapphire is small, the chain links are about a 1mm gauge.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
The cubes are fixed but can move slightly on its link. I noticed the spacing between is not perfectly uniform. It's most noticeable in a few spots that has a bigger or smaller gap but it's just how it is. It's a cutie to wear.
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
