Unique .75 Carat Old European Cut DIAMOND Floral Garland French Antique 18k Gold Rose Cut Ring Forget Me Not Halo

I try to acquire as many of these French Belle Epoque garland rings as I can find because they are so ornate and popular, a textbook French Art Nouveau design. This is the first one I have sourced with diamonds. Gorgeous two tone sparkle with three larger old European cut diamonds bezel set in a line down the center. The oval panel inside the halo is also set with rose cut diamonds for additional texture and sparkle.

The halo has a ribbon / bow at the top and bottom, forget me not flowers on the left and right side and laurel leaf and berries garland in between.

Found in Paris, France, the delicious gold work is a beautiful accompaniment to the sparkle.

Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures. Antique box is not included.

HALLMARKS:
French hallmarks for 18k gold .

MEASUREMENTS:
Currently measures a size 6 3/4. It weighs a sturdy 4.65 grams - this one is more substantial than some of the others I have had. Ring face is 17x13mm.

The center diamond is 5mm and the other two are about 3mm. The ten rose cuts measure 1 to 1.5mm each. Total diamond weight of at least 3/4 carat (0.75).

CONDITION NOTES:
A little wear to the gold halo on the right and left side from rubbing against the adjacent fingers but still very legible.

Typical antique diamonds with faint frosty and speck inclusions that are slightly eye visible. No dark carbon spots and a nice bright color and sparkle. Also common for the antique rose cut diamonds, they can read a little frosty, it's just hard to reach the small openings behind them to perfectly clean them but they add a nice glint of sparkle.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
