Very BLUE Three OPAL Pearl Halo Ring 14k Gold VICTORIAN Antique Ornate Stacker Iridescent Glossy

ABOUT:

Antique halo ring with three center extra blue opals surrounded by a halo of pearls. I haven't seen many opals this blue in color, with reflective green and a pinkish inner glow. The antique pearls display a warm iridescent gray hue. Classic and timeless design. The ring face is very tidy with every single pearl original and complete (we often see wear or adhesive buildup but this one presents really beautifully.). Apologies for the low lighting in the video today, it does not do the piece justice.

No hallmarks remain, tests at 14k gold.

Antique box not included. Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures.

MEASUREMENTS:

Size 6 1/4, a little over.
It weighs 2.4 grams.
The ring face is 18mm by 13mm.

CONDITION NOTES:
The two smaller opals each have wear with small nicks of loss on one edge of each stone. It is not glaring but you should be able to seek it out in the 20x zoom photos - it appears as a sort of gap between the edge of the stone and setting. They still appear oval and fill the space but you can see the loss when you turn the piece to the side and seek out that underside edge.

Really nice glossy sheen to the opals with amazing color not commonly found.

Please also note that I take some photos / videos in the sunshine because it captures the lovely color and sparkle, but it also highlights any surface wear, scratches, abrasions, buildup or inclusions that can catch the light, making these things appear worse than they would with normal day to day wear. : ) Hopefully the pics in all lightning conditions help as they serve as part of the description.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
