ABOUT:
Here is another ready to wear staple chain bracelet from my personal collection. The gold work is delicious. Crafted in 18k, it alternates matte / satin ribbed or lined links that are in a braided figure 8 form and alternates it with high shine oval links.
This would be a great one to add a diamond charm to or it is beautiful alone or to add texture in a stack. Versatile and really pretty with the texture and glow.
I still really love it but I tend to wear the same pieces so it just isn't getting the use it deserves.
Vintage piece found in France but made in Italy with their hallmarks for 18k gold. Fabricated where there is a seam on the inside and vacant space in the links so you get a larger footprint, this is typical / common fabrication.
Antique boxes / charms / props or items in displays in photos are not included. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos.
MEASUREMENTS:
It weighs 4.8g. Stretched end to end it's 6 1/2 inches. The figure 8 chain links are 6mm wide.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Offered in excellent condition. Not a super heavy hand feel but beautiful and impactful to wear.
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
